Back And Forth

Back and forth is another game we like to play in class. You can get the game board at readaloudc corner.com. All you need is two dice and one playing counter. Each player will take turns moving the counter and rolling the dice. If you roll a six, you're going to move it six places toward your home base. If your opponent rolls a two, they're going to move it two places toward their home base. The first player to get the game piece to their home base wins. My kinders love it. And this game is a great game to teach counting and onetoone correspondence, hence back and forth. Follow along for more teaching tips.
